These policies help us stay organized, cover preparation costs, and ensure every guest has a smooth, enjoyable experience. Private & Corporate Events Cancel 7+ days in advance for a full refund or one-time free reschedule. Cancel within 3–6 days for a 50% refund or one-time reschedule. Within 48 hours, the event is non-refundable. No-shows are charged in full. If a venue was reserved on your behalf, any non-refundable fees from the venue will be deducted from your refund or added to your reschedule cost. Treehouse Sip and Paint Due to limited capacity and special venue setup: Cancel 72+ hours in advance for a full refund or free reschedule. Cancel within 72 hours and the event is non-refundable. No-shows are charged in full. Any venue rental fees are non-refundable once within the 72-hour window. Special Occasion Events Cancel 5+ days in advance for a full refund or free reschedule. Cancel within 3–4 days for a 50% refund or reschedule. Within 48 hours, the event is non-refundable due to custom preparation. No-shows will be charged in full. Venue fees are subject to third-party cancellation policies and may be deducted. Cancellation under 48 hours, is non-refundable. No-shows are charged in full. Inclement weather? We have tents for rainy picnics; we will help you reschedule or move the setup indoors when possible. Venue fees still apply if applicable. Cancel within 24–48 hours for a 50% refund or one-time reschedule. Under 24 hours is non-refundable.
