Terms & Conditions - the basics

Eligibility & Participation

Participants must be at least 18 years old to attend events where alcohol is served. Minors are welcome at family-friendly or child-specific events when accompanied by an adult. By registering, you confirm you meet the eligibility requirements and are participating at your own risk.

Booking, Payment & Cancellations

Booking: All reservations must be made through our website or approved platforms.

Payment: Full payment is required to secure your spot. We accept major credit cards and electronic payment options.

Cancellations: Cancellations made 72 hours or more before the event may be eligible for a full refund or reschedule. No-shows or late cancellations are non-refundable.

Event Changes or Cancellations

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule an event due to weather, low enrollment, artist availability, or unforeseen circumstances. If this occurs, participants will be offered the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.

Conduct & Safety

We strive to create a relaxed, fun, and respectful atmosphere. Disruptive or inappropriate behavior may result in removal from the event without refund. If alcohol is permitted, please drink responsibly. Guests are responsible for their own actions and well-being.

Art Supplies & Materials

We provide all art supplies for use during the event, including canvases, paints, brushes, aprons, and other materials. These items remain our property unless otherwise stated. Participants are welcome to take their finished artwork home.

Food & Beverages

Food (such as charcuterie boards, snacks, and picnic-style spreads) may be provided depending on the event. Please notify us of any food allergies in advance. BYOB may be allowed at certain events where legally permitted participants must be 21+ to bring or consume alcohol.

Photography & Media Use

We may take photos or short videos during events for promotional purposes. By attending, you consent to your image being used unless you request otherwise in writing before the event.

Intellectual Property

All designs, branding, and promotional content on this website are our intellectual property. You may not copy, reuse, or distribute our content without written permission.

Limitation of Liability
