Make your special occasion extraordinary with a luxurious picnic tailored to your celebration. Whether you're planning a romantic proposal, a milestone birthday, a baby shower, or another unforgettable event, we create the perfect setting to mark the moment. Picture a picnic surrounded by soft pillows, a beautiful quilt, fresh roses, and elegant decor that sets the tone for your celebration, romantic touches to make your moment shine. For birthdays or baby showers, we'll include customize to your request, balloons, flowers, colors etc. all topped off with a gourmet spread, beverages, and a delicious charcuterie board. Booking includes all painting supplies, smocks, cutlery, charcutier board and beverage.

These policies help us stay organized, cover preparation costs, and ensure every guest has a smooth, enjoyable experience. Private & Corporate Events Cancel 7+ days in advance for a full refund or one-time free reschedule. Cancel within 3–6 days for a 50% refund or one-time reschedule. Within 48 hours, the event is non-refundable. No-shows are charged in full. If a venue was reserved on your behalf, any non-refundable fees from the venue will be deducted from your refund or added to your reschedule cost. Treehouse Sip and Paint Due to limited capacity and special venue setup: Cancel 72+ hours in advance for a full refund or free reschedule. Cancel within 72 hours and the event is non-refundable. No-shows are charged in full. Any venue rental fees are non-refundable once within the 72-hour window. Special Occasion Events Cancel 5+ days in advance for a full refund or free reschedule. Cancel within 3–4 days for a 50% refund or reschedule. Within 48 hours, the event is non-refundable due to custom preparation. No-shows will be charged in full. Venue fees are subject to third-party cancellation policies and may be deducted. Cancellation under 48 hours, is non-refundable. No-shows are charged in full. Inclement weather? We have tents for rainy picnics; we will help you reschedule or move the setup indoors when possible. Venue fees still apply if applicable. Kids' Birthday Parties We know how special these celebrations are, and we allow some flexibility while protecting preparation time and materials: Cancel 5+ days in advance for a full refund or free reschedule. Cancel within 72–96 hours (3–4 days) for a 50% refund or one-time reschedule. Within 48 hours, the event is non-refundable. No-shows are charged in full. If a venue was booked, those fees are subject to the location’s policy and may be non-refundable. Private Lessons One-on-one or small group painting lessons are personalized & require dedicated prep time: Cancel 48+ hours in advance for a full refund or free reschedule. Cancel within 24–48 hours for a 50% refund or one-time reschedule. Under 24 hours is non-refundable.
